Google Boulder Campus Building C
Tryba Architects
Nature is at the heart of Google’s new Boulder campus, and its most recent addition – Building C – celebrates Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle. As Google’s first ground-up project in their entire North American portfolio, the tech giant envisioned an exciting new workspace that would mix quiet, focused workstations with active social spaces. The design team developed a story that connects Building C’s interior environment to Colorado’s magnificent natural landscape. Circulation through the interior spaces was designed as a network of ‘trails,’ connecting Google’s predominant open office program with an array of outdoor-themed social areas, meeting spaces, breakout spots, micro-kitchens and even a 3-story climbing wall.
