Elevate: Pathways of Inclusion

Building unity and equity within the Rocky Mountain architecture, engineering and construction community.

Navigating Elevate

Save the date for Friday, October 27th at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts!

Join us for the groundbreaking event, Pathways of Inclusion: The Silent Auction Gala for the Rocky Mountain Built Environment, where design innovators gather to redefine possibilities and shape a brighter future.

Why?
This formal wear, masquerade soirée and silent auction will use money raised from a silent auction to create a scholarship fund for BIPOC high school students entering into a career for the built environment.

We are committed to advocating for the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) community, other vendors and service providers while supporting educational initiatives. By recognizing the input of every person, the Elevate event emboldens our community to collaboratively mold the trajectory of our future.

We hope you’ll be a part of it.

A Letter From Cheryl Durst, Executive VP & CEO

Dear Denver Design Community,

There are things – ideas, efforts, initiatives, that make a world of difference at work.

But what about the things that make a difference in the world? And significantly change how we think about life and work? I’m looking forward to seeing you at ELEVATE, a first of its kind philanthropic effort concepted by the IIDA Rocky Mountain Chapter and produced in concert with seven other non-profit membership design organizations. On Friday, October 27th, ELEVATE will bring together leaders in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction and the product manufacturers, vendors and suppliers that support us all, to celebrate our professions, change our collective futures and have a bit of fun while shaping a brighter future for the next generation in our industry.

ELEVATE, an elegant evening soiree, gala and silent auction will raise funds specifically designated to create a scholarship for BIPOC high school students entering a career in the built environment.

I’m looking forward to seeing you next week at the Denver Performing Arts Center and for all of us to celebrate the impact our professions have on the world. ELEVATE–a collective and collaborative effort designed to create more opportunities for access to and awareness of the professions that are truly life changing and life affirming.

And did I mention… changing the world can be fun. This festive, industry-embracing event just won’t be the same without you! Looking forward to seeing you at ELEVATE!

Cheers,
Cheryl
